{"id":4632,"date":"2008-04-04T07:43:49","date_gmt":"2008-04-04T11:43:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hellospark.ca\/en-ca\/blog\/google-updates-search-engine-results-pages-for-april\/"},"modified":"2008-04-04T07:43:49","modified_gmt":"2008-04-04T11:43:49","slug":"google-updates-search-engine-results-pages-for-april","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hellospark.ca\/en-ca\/blog\/google-updates-search-engine-results-pages-for-april\/","title":{"rendered":"Google Updates Search Engine Results Pages For April"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> Coming on the heels of the &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.seroundtable.com\/archives\/016754.html\"  rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Dewey Update<\/a>&#8221; in March &#8211; Google has made some more Search Engine Result Pages (SERPs) <a href=\"http:\/\/www.seroundtable.com\/archives\/016775.html\"  rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">updates in April<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The changes are causing some interesting results including new content being pushed way back in the results and older content making it&#8217;s way up to the top. In other cases the same domain is occupying two spots in the top 10 positions.<\/p>\n<p>The bottom line is that some people are seeing some dramatic changes in their Google rankings &#8211; either rocketting them to the top, or all the way to the bottom!<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;ve experienced some drop in rankings don&#8217;t worry too much about it.
