{"id":3388,"date":"2014-11-20T14:57:45","date_gmt":"2014-11-20T19:57:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hellospark.ca\/?page_id=3388"},"modified":"2015-08-27T09:41:22","modified_gmt":"2015-08-27T13:41:22","slug":"account-manager","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.hellospark.ca\/en-ca\/careers\/account-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Account Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for a knowledgeable, charismatic, strategist, with a passion to see our clients succeed to join our team in Toronto, Canada.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p5\" style=\"color: #ff7e00;\"><span class=\"s3\">Key tasks you\u2019ll spend most of your time on:<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"margin: 2% 0;\">\n<li>Manage and develop client relationships<\/li>\n<li>Project manage campaigns within each client portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with client during the process of setting up website development project, online marketing strategies, implementation, and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Communicate client actions to relevant internal resources and follow up to ensure such actions are delivered in accordance with client briefs and budget<\/li>\n<li>Play a role as a front-end client engagement and customer service specialist for all inquires<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with clients providing updates and triaging issues in regards to their marketing campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing client\u2019s traffic data\/insights and share with customers on suggestions\/opportunities to improve their online marketing efforts and results<\/li>\n<li>Continually reach out to all clients for new information that will help the campaign<\/li>\n<li>Conducting client meetings through phone or face-to-face<\/li>\n<li>Upsell current services to existing client base<\/li>\n<li>Monitor client tracking and resolve any identified issues, liaising with internal client resource as appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Perform client intake process for delegated new clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"p5\" style=\"color: #ff7e00;\"><span class=\"s3\">Desired Skills and Experience<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Key skills and tools you\u2019ll bring with you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin: 2% 0;\">\n<li>3 + years of online experience working with clients and developing business within an integrated online marketing agency<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of a bachelor\u2019s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, or related field<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Google Analytics<\/li>\n<li>Experience with integrated marketing disciplines including, but not limited to community management, content strategy and development, SEO, and PPC<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communications skills (oral, written, and presentation)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and planning skills<\/li>\n<li>Able to work quickly under pressure, handling and prioritizing multiple assignments<\/li>\n<li>A detail-oriented approach, with the ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects\/accounts, client relationships, and deliver results<\/li>\n<li>Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center; margin-bottom: 50px;\"><a class=\"button button-bright\" href=\"mailto:careers@hellospark.ca\" target=\"_blank\">Apply<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"We are looking for a knowledgeable, charismatic, strategist, with a passion to see our clients succeed to join our team in Toronto, Canada.
