Account Manager
We are looking for a knowledgeable, charismatic, strategist, with a passion to see our clients succeed to join our team in Toronto, Canada.
Key tasks you’ll spend most of your time on:
- Manage and develop client relationships
- Project manage campaigns within each client portfolio
- Communicate with client during the process of setting up website development project, online marketing strategies, implementation, and reporting
- Communicate client actions to relevant internal resources and follow up to ensure such actions are delivered in accordance with client briefs and budget
- Play a role as a front-end client engagement and customer service specialist for all inquires
- Communicate with clients providing updates and triaging issues in regards to their marketing campaigns
- Reviewing client’s traffic data/insights and share with customers on suggestions/opportunities to improve their online marketing efforts and results
- Continually reach out to all clients for new information that will help the campaign
- Conducting client meetings through phone or face-to-face
- Upsell current services to existing client base
- Monitor client tracking and resolve any identified issues, liaising with internal client resource as appropriate
- Perform client intake process for delegated new clients
Desired Skills and Experience
Key skills and tools you’ll bring with you:
- 3 + years of online experience working with clients and developing business within an integrated online marketing agency
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, or related field
- Proficient in Google Analytics
- Experience with integrated marketing disciplines including, but not limited to community management, content strategy and development, SEO, and PPC
- Outstanding communications skills (oral, written, and presentation)
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Able to work quickly under pressure, handling and prioritizing multiple assignments
- A detail-oriented approach, with the ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/accounts, client relationships, and deliver results
- Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations
