- Facebook Now Asks Why You’re Hiding That Ad, To Better Target Them & Block Offensive Ones: Facebook will now be asking users who hide an ad details about why they are hiding the ad in order to better target ads, as well as block any ads people view as offensive or spam. Don’t worry, advertisers, you shouldn’t see many changes – this simply means Facebook is aiming to ensure that your ads are being seen by the right people.
- Facebook Videos Becoming More Like YouTube: Facebook is continuing to refine the success they have had with videos in the News Feed by now allowing all parties to see how many views the video has received.
- Twitter is looking to integrate Commerce with Apple Wallet: With Twitter Commerce having launched earlier this week, allowing users to buy products directly on the social network with their credit card information stored within Twitter, Adam Bain, President of Revenue and Partnerships for Twitter stated that it’s likely Twitter Commerce will integrate with Apple Wallet to process payments directly within Twitter in the future.
